Scotto & Associés has assisted the B&B Hotels management team during a quaternary LBO orchestrated by PAI Partners, which has succeeded Carlyle and Montefiore as the group's majority shareholder.
With a 2014 turnover of €320 million, the Brittany-based group owns over 340 establishments, mainly in France and Europe, and is planning significant international growth with a target of 500 hotels in Europe by 2020.
The firm's team was formed of Lionel Scotto le Massese and Nicolas Menard-Durand, partners, and Tessa Parodi de Schonen and Vincenzo Feldmann.
