Claire Revol-Renié becomes the sixth partner of the corporate department at Scotto & Associés

Scotto & Associés has co-opted Claire Revol-Renié to the position of partner as of 1 January 2014.

A lawyer specialising in corporate matters, Claire Revol-Renié works on private equity transactions, focusing particularly on advising management teams during LBOs and structuring management packages.

Claire Revol-Renié joined the firm at the end of 2004 and was actively involved in the rise of the private equity practice, one of the firm's historic core areas of business.

Lionel Scotto le Massese praised "Claire's great professional qualities and her rare blend of legal and financial skills," and her co-optation will naturally give structure to the team dedicated to issues relating to company directors and managers.

The corporate department has also been strengthened by the arrival of Vincenzo Feldmann (previously at Paul Hastings) as an associate. The department now includes around twenty lawyers, including six partners.

The private equity team recently gave an excellent performance on the OGF, Metallum and Vinci Park transactions.
