Lionel Scotto and his partners, Jérémie Jeausserand (tax), Jean-François Louit (public and private M&A, capital markets), Isabelle Cheradame (private equity) and Nicolas Menard-Durand (private equity) set up, with their teams, a new law firm, SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, consisting of almost 20 lawyers dedicated to assisting the main managers and representatives of international and French groups as well as family shareholders, in connection with all of their corporate transactions and their tax and labour issues:

Around Lionel Scotto, the teams have developed a unique expertise over the past 15 years becoming, the leader in advising the main managers and representatives of international and French groups as well as family shareholders. The team was involved in the main major transactions of the past few years: Cegelec, Converteam, Rexel, Legrand, Picard, Vivarte, Materis, FCI-Areva, Sigmakalon, TDF, Endemol etc.
The corporate department, beyond Lionel Scotto, Jean-François Louit and Isabelle Cheradame, includes a dozen lawyers, has welcomed Nicolas Menard-Durand (ex–Mayer Brown) a private equity specialist, as a partner, and Professor Alexis Constantin, specialist in corporate law and stock market regulations.
Henri Bardet, who was a partner of Bureau Francis Lefèbvre for 30 years, recently joined the tax team led by Jérémie Jeausserand, to strengthen its personal taxation and tax litigation practice.
Myriam de Gaudusson (ex-Latham & Watkins) will be in charge of the labour law team.
Therefore, the new law firm is based on a dynamic approach following several years of growth for Lionel Scotto, his partners and their teams.
