Scotto Partners advises Gerflor’s management team in the context of its fifth LBO
Scotto Partners advised Gerflor’s management team in the acquisition by Cobepa of a majority stake in the group’s share capital. ICG, the present shareholder, retains a minority stake.
The management team was advised by Scotto Partners, led by Nicolas Menard-Durand and Franck Vacher (Partners), assisted by Rosa Oudni on corporate aspects, Xavier Colard (Counsel) and Laura de Casalta on tax aspects, Bertrand Thibaut (Counsel) and Alban Tourneux on employment matters.
