Scotto Partners advises Wifirst’s management team in its sale by the Bolloré Group
Specialised in professional Wifi solutions, Wifirst, previously controlled by the Bolloré Group, has undergone a change in ownership following an LBO orchestrated by a consortium composed of Amundi Private Equity Funds, Bpifrance and Socadif.
Wifirst's management team was advised by Isabelle Cheradame, partner, Adrien Badelon, Charlotte Hazan and Antoine Balsan on corporate aspects; and by Jérôme Commerçon, partner, Xavier Colard, Martine Le Roux and Laura de Casalta, on tax aspects.
