Scotto & Associés has advised Elior, the third-largest concession catering stakeholder in the world and the fourth-largest global mass catering player, and its management during its planned IPO, in particular in terms of releasing managers' investment.
The AMF (the French Financial Markets Authority) gave its approval to the transaction note on 27 May 2014, with the planned listing date set at 11 June 2014.
