Scotto & Associés has advised Cédric Lagarrigue, a minority shareholder and member of the board of directors of Focus Home Interactive, the leading independent video games publisher in France, during its IPO on the Alternext market.
With 40 million video games sold in 2014 from a catalogue of 40 titles, including several international franchises, Focus Home Interactive generated an estimated turnover of between €43 and €44 million in 2014, an increase of over 60% on the previous year, and an operating margin of over 15% in the first half of 2014.
As part of the tender offer, whose settlement takes place today, a total of 1,055,386 shares (a little over a million) are offered to the public at a price of €12.07. Focus Home Interactive's market capitalisation now stands at around €51 million.
