SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS assists the management of ParexGroup during its acquisition by Wendel and Materis

The investment company Wendel and its subsidiary Materis have entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire ParexGroup with the investment fund CVC Capital Partners. This transaction values Materis's specialist mortar subsidiary at €880 million, 8.4 times its 2013 Ebitda.

ParexGroup, which operates in 21 countries, achieved turnover of €754.5 million last year.
