SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS assists Webhelp with its build-up transaction in the Netherlands

Scotto & Associés has worked alongside the Webhelp Group as it sets up in the Netherlands.

One year after the acquisition of the British outsourcing firm HERO TSC, Webhelp is continuing its development with the acquisition of a major Dutch customer services outsourcing player, SNT, which employs 3,500 people and posted turnover of €77 million in 2013.

This transaction allows the second-largest French call centre to become one of the major European operators with a total of 37 call centres across the world, 18,000 employees, and a turnover of over €370 million.

Founded in 2000 by Frédéric Jousset and Olivier Duha, Webhelp was acquired by Charterhouse in 2011 through an LMBO. Half of its 130 clients are now international.

The firm's team, formed of Claire Revol-Renié, partner, and Adrien Badelon from the corporate team, assisted the Webhelp Group and the shareholder managers during the transaction.
