SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, in conjunction with Pöllath + Partners, advised the management at Armacell in relation to the transfer of the group by Bahrein Investcorp to Charterhouse.
Armacell is an international group based in Münster (Germany). World leader in the market for flexible technical insulation materials, the group employs over 2 400 people in 19 factories across 13 countries. Armacell's Ebitda reached €69m in 2012.
The management, led by CEO Patrick Mathieu, is largely based in Germany, the U.S.A., Australia and Asia.
SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS (Isabelle Cheradame, partner, and Alexandra Perette, associate) jointly with Pöllath + Partners (Benedikt Hohaus, partner, and Barbara Koch-Schulte, associate) assisted the management with legal and tax aspects relating to Investcorp's exit and the reinvestment alongside Charterhouse.
