SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS advises management at Metallum on its second LMBO, sponsored by Tower Brook, to acquire the majority stake in the group held by European private equity firm Alpha.
A European market leader in the non-ferrous metals sector, the Metallum group’s 2012 consolidated sales amounted to 1.7 billion euros. The group employs approximately 1,000 people and processes about 1,000,000 tons of metals annually.
