SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS advises Soitec (listed on Euronext Paris) during recapitalisation transactions for a maximum amount of €180 million

Scotto & Associés has advised Soitec (listed on Euronext Paris), the world leader in the production of innovative semi-conductor materials, during the implementation of a profit-sharing plan during company recapitalisation transactions for a maximum amount of €180 million, which will be voted on by the General Assembly on 11 April 2016, with the support of Bpifrance, CEA Investissement (a subsidiary of the French Atomic Energy Commission), and NSIG (National Silicon Industry Group, a Chinese investment holding company that specialises in the semi-conductor industry).
