SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS advises the management of the Coventya Group during its acquisition by SilverFleet Capital

Scotto & Associés advised the management team of the Coventya Group during a quaternary LBO orchestrated by the fund SilverFleet Capital, which succeeded Equistone as the majority shareholder.
A Franco-German chemical company that specialises in surface treatment through anti-corrosive zinc or nickel alloy deposits for the automotive, luxury and aeronautics sectors, Coventya employs 570 people (70 in France) and has tripled its turnover in fifteen years.
The Scotto & Associés team was formed of Nicolas Menard-Durand, partner, Franck Vacher and Cristina Narvaez, from the corporate team, and Jérôme Commerçon, partner, and Laurence Gautier for tax matters.
