Scotto & Associés has advised the Parkeon Group and its managers during the LBO orchestrated by Astorg, which has succeeded Intermediate Capital Investments (ICG) as the group's majority shareholder.

Parkeon is a major player in urban mobility and the smart city, and provides parking and mobility solutions and equipment. The Parkeon Group, whose equipment and software are used to top up the Navigo public transport pass in the Ile-de-France region and in the New York City express bus payment system, employs 1,100 people worldwide, and over 60% of these in France at its Besançon (Doubs) plant.

The firm's team was formed of Thomas Bourdeaut, partner, and Franck Vacher and Victor Bodart from the corporate department, in addition to Sérafine Poyer and Justine Moreau from the employment law department.

Other advisers on the transaction:

Ashurst advised ICG (Guy Benda, partner, and Pauline Laredo)

Ayache Salama advised Astorg (Olivier Tordjman, Gwenaelle de Kerviller and Nathalie Lastennet, partners, Mathieu Maroun and Linda Erlandsson)

Desfilis also advised the managers of the Parkeon Group during their reinvestment (Guillaume Giuliani, partner, and Marie-Victoire James)
