Jérôme Commerçon works on matters of tax structuring of LBO and management package transactions as well as, more generally, tax aspects of merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, he advises directors and family shareholders on the transfer and tax structure of their inheritance.
He is therefore extremely familiar with business accounting and financial mechanisms, but also with succession and financial aspects of wealth management transactions, and has considerable knowledge regarding both company and personal taxation, allowing him to take a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary approach to offer the firm’s clients comprehensive tax solutions that are suited to their needs.
Continuing from his work in these areas, he also assists our clients with their tax audits and disputes.
