Claire Revol-Renié specialises in advising directors and managers as part of private equity transactions, whether those relating to negotiations or the implementation of a package during a primary or secondary LBO or package restructuring. She has advised directors during a large number of stock exchange transactions over the last ten years.

She also very regularly works with founders, directors and shareholders as well as family groups as part of merger-acquisition and development capital transactions.

In addition, she works on governance and remuneration issues of all kinds between directors or founding shareholders and investors.
