Scotto Partners advises Omni-Pac Group’s management team in the context of Latour Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake

Owned since 2014 by Motion Equity Partners, the ecological packaging solutions specialist Omni-Pac Group has changed majority shareholder, with management and the outgoing fund reinvesting alongside Latour Capital. Latour Capital is taking control of the group as part of this third LBO.

Omni-Pac Group offers ecological moulded fibre packaging solutions (a material created through recycling in the paper industry) for the food and medical sectors. The company is led by Renaud Malarre, CEO since 2013, with more than 600 employees across its three highly automated complementary sites located in the UK, France and Germany.

Renaud Malarre and the management team were advised by Lionel Scotto Le Massese, Claire Revol-Renié (partners) and William Ducrocq-Ferré as to corporate matters, as well as Jérôme Commerçon (partner), Martine Le Roux and Pierre-Henri Abadie on tax aspects.
