SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS broadens its corporate practice with the arrival of Noémie de Galembert as partner in charge of the corporate litigation practice.

Ex-Latham & Watkins, Noémie de Galembert specializes in all areas of corporate litigation, in particular shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation and liability of corporate executives. She also assists clients when litigious matters arise with their partners and competitors: termination of commercial relationships, breach of contracts, unfair competition, etc.

Noémie de Galembert's clientele is composed, notably, of companies, shareholders and corporate executives.

Managing partner, Lionel Scotto le Massese says: "We met Noémie during a complex corporate litigation case involving one of the firm's clients. We look forward to welcoming a talented lawyer such as Noémie to the team. She will allow the firm to provide a complete range of corporate services to our clients".

SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS kicked-off 2013 with the appointment of Tristan Audouard as tax partner and the arrival of associates Pascal Gour and Aurore Trouillet. With Noémie de Galembert, the firm now boasts ten partners and twenty associates dedicated to M&A, private equity, tax, employment and corporate litigation matters.
